Okay you ready?? (by the way you know what she wore on letterman?? i tracked down that EXACT outfit (i already had the baggy jeans, but at that big mall earlier there was a hot topic, i never shopped there but i went in to buy an avril sweatshirt and they had the sock striped and the army shirt and the bracelets, so i got them all and wrote "AVRIL LAVIGNE" on the top of my left arm in black Marker. lol. I looked decked out there.. so anyway back to the show) before the show they had fans singing sk8er boi around the audience on the microphone and were thowing autographed things, and stuff too! this show was packed with alot of stuff to talk about! The show opened with her running out singing sk8er boi! its amazing to see thousands of people jumping like that, she wore a black long sleeved shirt with a skull on the front and down her arms , Blue parachute pants, rubber bracelets, and wristbands. After sk8er boi she took off the skull shirt and had a blue tanktop on that was matching the pants, and it was funny cause while taking it off the shirt came up a little and her belly ring is adorable!!! she then talked to the crowd.. it was amazing! altho this time i wasnt able to touch her we are already planning to go to our 3rd concert, and planning to meet her soon! especially when she plays the christmas /winter shows around NYC and Long Island) so im happy BUT like i said she began talking, my whole row and i teamed up to scream "i love avril" and we DID and the thing that was what made me so emotional was she turned her head toward us (we were pretty close tho! seriously) and said "DUDE! I LOVE YOU TOO MAN!" and we all screamed. lol. So then she all was thanking everyone for coming, saying how much she loves us, and how lucky she is to be doing this, and how she was thinking and she said "look at this.. look at these people these are all the best people in the world i have the best fans!! thank you for letting me do this! i cant even begin to say thank you" (it seemed she was saying this softly to her self) one point she just stared for a minute at peoples faces, and shook her head smiling quietly saying "i love you.." (hardly you could hear her because it seemed personal that time) and she was like touching peoples hands in the front row, and one guy was like proposing, and she was then singing "naked" and she sat on the fro! nt of the stage dangling her feet as everyone was throwing her bracelets, teddy bears, flowers, letters, sweatshirts (she was putting on everything and saying thank you, and one girl threw a hula necklace which she put on) and she sang "things ill never say" all the guitars sounded amazing, she moved amazing, the adorable like stretches she did, shaking her head, jumping, pointing (she waved to us or at least our section! we were like pshycos being loud) she threw the hula necklace to a fan afterward (that was so nice)! i was pissedbecause the person who got it was a row next to me!! Im like 'nooooo'. evan was throwing his towels and it was hilarious one girl like got beat up for it- but still stood strong with it around her neck later.. lol. also evan took a poster that said "evan" and put it by his guitar amp. and avrils like "yeaaaaa evan!" lol. another time she was talking to evan she was like "How ya doin' boy?" She sounded beautiful with every song, and looked completl! ey flawless and beautiful- not that much eye makeup if any at all- she looked spectacular. Shes always even more beautiful in person. then she stopped to talk agian a few songs later and said "HEY JERSEY!! ANYONE HERE FROM A SMALL TOWN?" (i qualify! lol im like ME ME!) hehe. so people screamed, she then out of the blue said "here! - there are two girls in the front row!!" and she asked the security guards to let them be brought up and sit by the drums-- and she goes "these are my two friends from NAPANEE!!!!" (they were two girls, dressed with different baggy clothes, and brownish hair that was up- they were shy to come up) she had them flown down from canada - and they sat by the drums, while she sang "im with you" and i like cried because they are so lucky to have her as their friend! she seemed to love them so much, she sat in between them and they were holding her around the waist, and she had her arm around the one girl, and they were smiling singing with her.. and they soon went back in the crowd and everyone in the audience was slowly waving their hands (it was so emotional) and she went into "compl! icated' which was sung in response by the audience SO loud!!! and she jumped down and ran and was touching people and smiling so proudly, you could tell how she felt, more jumping, and it was amazing! More songs later, some she played guitar when she wasnt jumping (the slower ones she usually plays guitar except for im with you) some more little comments from her, she was saying how completley happy she was, how this moment will stick with her forever and she loves us (everyone felt so special!! she is SO loving. lol) she asked the lights be turned on a few times so she could see "these peoples faces- i want to see them!" Unwanted is usually her last song, the lights go crazy and she goes crazy singing/jumping-- and like in 'irving plaza' it ends abrubtly and your like 'wah?? COME BACK!". it was amazing tho-- at the end of the song they took evan and charlies guitars and smashed them, avril kept smashing it, and smashed one of the microphone stands, and they were hitting stuff and throwing the pieces to the audience of the guitar, and it was all these loud noises and she was laughing, and she ran off.. BUT as some people began to leave up top to get out of the crowd- many people had a feeling, like me. I didnt think she was done! the lights didnt turn on or anything and she quietly walks back onstage and jokingly goes "your still here?" and then shes like "YEA!!!!!!!!" (that scream she does) and shes like "okay evan? lets sing some more. i dont want to leave" evan and her were the only two up there (this WAS special because unwanted WAS scheduled to be the last song) - she stayed.. So she performed and hung out talking a half hour more than she was supposed to! that is absolutley incredible.. shes such a beautiful person she has such a heart and she CARES, so dont let anybody tell you different.- she and evan played guitar- and sang tomorow, and anything but ordinary and everyone was so happy, those who left must have heard the screaming and were piling back in the place, i was sitting on this guys shoulders (LOL i just met him) and then finally.. sadly it DID have to end, i yelled "I LOVE YOU!" and me and this girl were blowing kisses like retards lol. the guys werelike "you f**kin rock girl!" lol. she smiled and left- and that was it. On the way out - i couldnt hear, speak, move. i felt disabled. lol. I couldnt hear ANYTHING. We got in the car, and i had to keep the avril spirit alive so i blasted 'complicated' as we drove out of trenton and lots of fans werehappy i did that because they hollered when we drove by. hehe. - we had the thing on FULL blast. it was funny.i just wanted to share! i want everyone to know how great her shows are, how SHE is. I think youll have the time of your life when you see her. And that moment the shows over, your heart drops and you really miss her.. and its sad, but you have to keep looking out for when shell be back agian, and constantly visit her! because shes not just a favorite singer, shes your friend- thats how you feel with her because shes so humble. I had bought 2 'sweatbraclets' (I dont' know what it's called but in sweden we say 'svettband'), so I throwed them up on the stage. She saw that and looked out in the audience to see who it was who had trown them up. My sister pointed at me and Avril saw that so she waved and looked at me. I was really happy.I took many, many pictures. The whole consert rocked and was worth the waiting! Everybody was jumping, screaming, and singing along in the songs.At the last song she did an accustic version of 'Tomorrow' I think. That was great. When the song was finished she said thank you and droped her pic on the stage.When she had left the stage and people were leaving I asked the guard if I could have her pic and he gave it to me. So I got the pic that she had been playing with. Wohow!!!I never got to meet Avril but it was like she saw me in that audience, she looked at me and it was so awesome.. One other thing that's cool, it is that today when I was looking out www.avril-lavigne.com , I was looking at the pictures, I saw that she was wearing the 'sweatbracelet' that I had thrown up on stage.. It's orange with lines of blue, white and red in it..That's just too awesome.. AVRIL ROCKS!!
Alice's story:
I met Avril and Evan on May 21st,2004. It was on the Today Show on NBC. I went with my best friend. I woke up at 4:00 am and took a train to the city. At first Avril went around giving tickets to her concert at Webster Hall and I got one! Then she went around signing autographs and I also got her autograph. She looks great in person. I didnt take a picture with her but I got a picture with Evan. I went to the Webster Hall concert and saw her again!

It was April 7, 2004... a wensday.. It was at her at her suprise concert.. in Seattle.. and I've been waiting 3 years to see her.. I was out of town for her other concert in Seattle the year before, so this one I was deffinitly going to. My parents made me go to school that day. I went.. then Went to the concert 2 hours before.. Got to be the closest fan out of 8,000 people.. She looked at me Ii started crying my ass off. She was beautiful. No joke. My idol. Ahh.. I screamed so hard .. She looked at me like a million times through-out the concert..It was my first concert.. I ended up taking 27 pictures of her from being 5 feet away.. and got her guitar pick. god.. then I met her talked to her.. she told me I was beautiful.. I thought I was gunna die.. I actually had a conversation with her.. then I got to hug her, and get her autograpgh.. and I also met Evan.. talked to him for a bit, whata funny guy. And got his autograph.. It was the best day of my life. I'll never forget it. shes the sweetest person, and so pretty...
Mami's story:
Hey! I met Avril on the 27th April 04! Well to start with, she was in UK doing a promo visit and I had heard she was doing an intimate gig in London and I live just on the outskirts and I was desperate to go to that gig so I searched all over the net and found the tix on ebay for �1,000!! ($2,000 about) My mom said I couldnt get them but I was still desperate to go so I found out the venue on seekingavril.com and then me, my dad and my sister went up to London to see if we could get in. We hung around outside for ages chatting to the Bouncer and then a man was handing out tix 2 his mates and my dad said "Do you have any spare" and the bloke said "Yeah 4" and he just GAVE them to us for free! We were so pleased and just ran in and barged our way to the front! We saw James from Busted and Tom from McFly and were very excited. Then Avril came on and she was soooo wicked! Her songs totally rocked! I especially liked Nobodys Home and Take me Away. Then Avril walked off and I touched her arm and I was so pleased! Then we all yelled "Thankyou Avril" and she turned round and went "Thankyou!" and we were just screaming in excitement. Then we left to to get the train home. Unfortunately, I had dropped my Avril Lavigne hat and wanted it back so we walked back to the venue and when my dad went in to get the hat we saw.....EVAN! We got his autograph and were like WOW! Then out came Matt and we didnt get his autograph unfortunately. But, OUT.CAME..........AVRIL RAMONA LAVIGNE! I think I even screamed! I ran over and got her autograph and a big hug then she got in her car and they zoomed away! I love her soooooooo much! I love you Avril xxxx

I was going to avril's live and by surprise mall tour concert in Denver. My Mom and I woke up real early on a Wednesday morning-I skipped school, (anything for avril). anyway, we arrived at the mall at 8:30 am and the concert started at 4:30 PM. So we went inside and nobody was there so we decided to hang out when we ran into Avril's set up/sucurity. I told them how I was Avril's #1 fan and how much I loved her. We waited in line for 4 hours just to get into the standing room, then I had to wait 4 more hours after that. But 2 hours into the standing room wait, the guy we talked to earlier told us to come with him backstage. (So of course my Mom was bauling an I was a nervous wreck) We followed him back and his assistant put VIP passes around our necks and took us up to the managers office where we waited third in a line of 20 people for about a half-hour. (the most exciting half-hour of my entire life!!!!!) suddenly a guy comes out and tells us Avril was in the next room and looking ready to go. As we waited until the two people in front of us came out from seeing Av, Evan waked out rite in front of us-eating a cucumber. Then it was our turn. I took a deep breath and walked into a white room and looked at Avril-smiling at me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "Hi! Can I sign something for you?" she asked me. I handed her my "Avril Lavigne:Life story" book and my Mom handed her her pass. I stood next to av and took the best picture of my entire life.

I saw Avril twice in the same day it was recently march 17 2004 to be exact I met her in the Seeking Avril Tour She was so hott! Even though she was wearing a little too much make up But I love her anyway I got her autograph too! My friends don't believe me and they say that I faked her autograph But I'm happy as long as I know I talked to her even though it was kind of screaming I was soo excited I saw her on the Z100 thingy too

i was at the jingle bell bash 5 in tacoma, wa, and the only reason i went to it was because of avril. there was a whole bunch of people playing. it was a blast. i was on the floor, about 5 people away from the stage. when avril was on stage, the teenagers in front of me lifted my up, so i was right in front of the stage, right in front of avril! she looked right into my eyes! it was the greatest day of my life.

Ok, when I was 13 my uncle was looking after me while my parents were in Toronto, Canada (I live in Oshawa, Ontario about an hour from Napanee) and we went to Napanee to visit my uncle's girlfriend of the time now my aunt. It was a sunday and my aunt was at church when we got there so we went to the church to wait for her. When I went in the church there were either a whole bunch of people including Avril singing or just Avril (i dont remember as it was so long ago.) I believe it was just Avril. Anyway after church my aunt was introducing my uncle around and I saw the girl who was singing and i went up to talk to her (which i got in trouble for as I left my uncle's side). I told her that she was a good singer and I believe we talked for a good 15 minutes and then I went back to my Aunt's house.I am 18 now and I had this strange dream around march about Avril. I told my friend about it and he said that we should go up to Napanee and I should go see her. Well on my way up there we had that radio on and "Complicated" played and then the dj said who sang it and was asying she's a newbie from the Toronto area etc. and well I got off on the nearest exit and went home not even attempting to go see her. I wanted so bad to see her but hey I guess i just wasn't meant to talk to her again. Well anyway, my friend I think knew why I turned around but he didn't mention it again. I hope that if Avril comes to Toronto someday soon I can tell her this but I doubt it as well, she's famous and I'm still stuck in the Shawa.
Natalie's story:
I met Avril at KDWB's Last Chance Summer Dance in Shakopee, MN on Saturday, September 7th. When I heard Avril was gonna be there, I knew right away I had to go and I knew I had to get VIP tickets for the chance of meeting her. So I paid $135 for the tickets! The VIP area was on the side of the stage and if you walked away from the stage there was a tent with free food and drinks and if you walked back farther there was a fence that stars walked by to get to the stage from their trailors. I heard these girls talking about how Avril walked by their ten minutes before and signed some autographs but said she had to go but would come back. So I immediately ran back there, but she was gone. I talked to some other girls who were big Avril fans, too. A couple minutes later one of the DJ's waled by and said she was on her way to interview Avril and said Avril would be performing in 10 minutes. 10 minutes later, sure enough Avril made her way from her trailor to the backstage area with her band. The path doesn't go directly past us, but its actually twenty feet to the right of us. So people started yelling *Avril* and she didn't really look but then I yell *AVRIL KICKS ASS!!!* really loud and she looks over and waved but kept walking to the back of the stage. We figured she was going to perform, but would be back after her performance. So I ran up to my front row seat, held out my sign that says *we love Avril* and finally she came on stage. The first thing she looked at was my sign and smiled. (Guitarist) Mark was standing right in front of me on stage and during her set i was waving the sign laguage "I love you" with my hand in the air and I look at mark and he does the "i love you" thing back to me. She sang Sk8ter Boi, Losing Grip, Complicated, Nobody's Fool, Unwanted, Mobile and My World. It was awesome. She has this amazing energy on stage. During the last song I ran back to the fence again and waited. There were about twenty other people there by the end of her set, but I was the first one she would pass, if she even came by. Finally we saw her and all her band walk out of the backstage area and everyone yelled *AVRIL!* She waved, but kept walking. I started yelling *Please!!* She then stopped and talked to who I assumed to be a manager type person. He kept shaking his head and she was begging him to let her come over. (Just shows how much she actually cares about her fans). So finally he gives in and she signs my shirt first, and I said, *Avril! Good Job! Did you like my sign?* And she's like *Thanks! Yeah!* and then she signed my friends picture of her from a magazine and I'm like *You look super pretty here!* and again shes like *thanks so much.* I didn't want to ask her for a picture because she had a lot more people's stuff to sign. She got farther down the line and I yell, *Avril, your band is hot!!* and she looks up at me and laughs. All this time her band was standing on the other side of the fence with her, but farther back taking pictures with some people who were actually backstage. I finally get Mark's attention. (I didn't find out till I got home that this was his last day with the band.) I motion him over with my hand and he shakes his head NO a couple times before smiling and nodding saying he was just kidding. So him and Matt come over and I'm like *Will you sign my arm?* And they are like *Sure!* Then Matt's like *why is it so hot here?* (it was mid-90s) and I'm like *I know! It's like what the hell? This is Minnesota!* And Matt's like *Yeah! I've never been here before but it is hott today!* Mark signed my arm first and when he was in the middle of it Matt comes over and dumps a bottle of water on his head. Then we all laugh and Mark finishes signing my arm and signs my shirt and walks a foot away to sign some other peoples stuff. So then Matt signs my t-shirt and goes to sign my arm but he writes SUCKS under Mark's name so it reads "Mark Sucks" and then he signed his name. I laughed and he goes *yeah, Mark's an asshole.* A little bit after that Mark comes back over and I'm like, *Hey Mark! Matt called you an asshole!* and Matt goes *Nuh uh!! She did!!* and he points right at me and we all laugh. Then I'm like *thanks guys! Have fun in London!* And they're like *thanks!* Then I walk over to Jesse and he signs my arm but not before first drawing an arrown to where it says "Mark Sucks" and writing "I agree!" So then I go back to my spot and I'm yelling *Evan!* To try and get him over to me, but he's busy signing others' autographs. So as I am walking over to him I step on my ankle wrong, and since it's weak because I had already sprained it three times this summer, it popped and I sprained it again! Even though it hurt SUPER bad, I didn't care and I walk up to Evan and he signs my arm and shirt and says *Don't make fun of my signature! Everyone makes fun of it!* And I go *Your signature sucks Evan!-Just kidding!* and I'm like *Can I have a hug* so I give him a hug and say *I like your shirt!* (It was white with a big black star in the middle of it. He's like *thanks!* Then I limp over to the Medical people and get carried to the medical booth for my ankle!! But I don't care it was sooo worth it! Avril kicks ass!! She is sooo awesome and nice and I could totally tell she truly cares about her fans. Her band was sooo funny and seem like awesome guys.

U already have the story of my first Avril experiance - now its time for my second. September 13th, London - another 580 mile journey but hell, shes worth it. Night starts off looking like it will be a disaster - Mean Fiddler venue looks huge - sadly unlike the Camden Monarch, no chance of autographs then. Finally get inside after queing for ages and get a place in the mini mosh pit. It is SOOOO hot in this place - drinks super expensive as well. Have to endure a terrible band whose name i have erased from memory - they finally finish and after a 20 minute wait - out comes Avril kicking the crowd into action with skater boy. Take 2 rolls of film from camera. he he. Show is amazing once again. Leave gig and buy 2 posters on way out - make way round back to wait for Avril to come out and hopefully sign shirt. Hopes start to fade as waiting crowd gets bigger. Crowd reaches about 200 ppl and my conversation with driver seems to be going somewhere as he tells me the hotel Avril is staying in. I think he is lying but think i should try it - it was friday the 13th !!!! I finally find her hotel and stand outside for about 25 mins until her car pulls up and i realise i am actually gonna meet her again and get another hug. She jumps out of her car and looks at me - pauses for a second then shouts "I KNOW YOU" "U WHERE HERE BEFORE" and runs over to hug me. WHOOO. I get my shirt signed - cd and more pics and hugs - Avril tells me about a forthcoming gig next year - no dates coz i want first tickets. heh heh heh.

Well funny enuffmy story is guna be exactly the same asRICHMACKEM@aol.com as i was there to. We got to thegig and cudn't get tix. There were touts selling themfor �80 and I was like 'yer rite'. Anyway we waiteduntil she she just came on stage and blagged a freetix from sum nice dude outside then got another at thesellin price - and in we went!!!!!!!!! Woo Hoo!! Beinsmall I cudn't see over all the harD core fans so gotlifted upon sum ledge to be able to see the beautifulEvan.. and I did to my delight! Anyway as Richmackem said there were MASSES of fansoutside ready to pounce after the gig, and like him wewere lucky enuff to find out the hotel - so the 5 ofus had a cool time n that. And even better Evan walkedpast me ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha Bring it on girls!!Actually he looks like another dude here in the UK whowas in a naff pop band , but anyways....Bring on Nov where this time Evan shall be craved likenever before!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I met her at one of her conserts and one day at trl except i wasn't pictured on the show. I have camera fright. Well as i was leaveing i ran into someone and they nocked me out cold when i woke up i was in a room with avril and her band i forgot thier names though sorry. SShe is very cool and down to earth. it was like talking to one of my friends at school. she felt bad and she apolagised but i don't think she was the one that nocked me out. But she gave me 2 backstage passes to her concert.
Jim's story:
My warped tour Date was august 1st Avril's show in Atlanta was August 2nd. My friends and I happened to meet avrils ex boyfriend the boy that Sk8erboi and complicated are about. He called Avril on her cell so we could tlak to her. SHe didnt pick up so we left a message. She knew we were going to be at the show the next day and that we would be bringing her pixie sticks. We got to her show kinda late but we stood by the fence and called Evan over to us, he started to talk to us and we told him who we were he was like oh my god dude we have been waiting for you chics all day what is up? we talked to him for awhile and told him we had the pixie sticks and he was like hell yeah dude i'll take them to her and tell her your here. So she comes out and talks to us and signs stuff for us and she was like i'll talk to you guys later. THen she is standing waiting to go on stage and i was like hell yeah avril and she was like you rock!! It was fun!!!
Melissa's story:
I met her the first time when she was in Boston June 1st. She did the kiss concert, and then she also went to the Kiss Radio station for interviews and stuff. I worked there at the time..so I went to the break-room and she was there with the guys. I don't exactly remember what we talked about, it was so long ago. But I remember we were there for like 20 minutes, then I walked back with them to the studio and we talked some more about songs and Boston and her new cd, it was cool. I even gave her my phone number and she said next time she's in Boston, we should hang out. The next time she was in Boston was September 21 for the MixFest. Guess what? I worked there too! Over the summer I worked at Kiss 108 for an internship..and during the winter I work at the FLeet Center doing concessions...so I heard she was doing a meet and greet, I went on my break and went down there..I waited in line to meet her. I got up to the table she was signing autographs at, and she signed the CD, I gave her a birthday card, and she gave me a hug.
" I saw you at the Kiss FM show in Boston." I said.
She stopped signing her autograph and looked at me funny and was like, "Hey..I remember you. Didn't you work there? Melissa, right?"
"Yeah dude thats me! I work there still, just in the summer." (HOW CRAZY IS THAT, THAT SHE REMEMBERED ME?!?!)
"That's awesome..where you working now?"
"The pizza stand on the 4th floor"
"Dude..when you're down working, come backstage with us, we'll hang out."
"Alright, cool." ( O M G )
I left the meet and greet and went back to work...an Hour later...I'm sittin there, bored with nothing to do. Then Pink came on to peform. I went over to watch her. I'm sittin in an empty seat listening to "Don't let me get me," and somebody taps me on the shoulder and yells "BOO!" Guess who it is!?!? Avril and Jesse! No joke! They were walking around the hallways like it was no big deal and they happened to pass by my stand, and see me watchin the show. How awesome is that!??!
"HUGE Party backstage, come check it out." she said.
Jesse laughed.
"Alright, cool." So I'll meet you guys there." (I worked there, so I had a VIP Pass to all parts of the arena)
I went back to my stand, got my stuff, cleaned up and headed backstage. I went to the place they said they'd be. I walk in and see the whole band sitting there chillin with a bunch of other acts. They are all (of course) drinking! They were chillen, talking and stuff..Avril ran over and jumped on my back, almost knocked me over. It was cool, I went over sat down with them, had something to drink, and we talked for a while. (I REALLY WANTED TO TALK TO JESSE..He is really hot..he's mad funny too) I stayed there for about an hour or so, it was, the 3rd time I met her, she knows me on a first name basis now! They had to leave, because they had a show the next day or something. But I was like no WAIT! Take a quick picture with me...We took a bunch of pictures, the flash didn't go off, so only a few pictures came out. the only one ive had time to scan is the one with just Jesse and Avril smiling and me in the back with Jesse holding his drink in front of my mouth like a little punk!!..the other ones they were flippin the bird and stuff....FUNNNNNY...but once again I gave her my cell number. It was cool, I gave it to her, and she called it right there in front of me and left a funny as hell message on my voicemail. I have it saved! It was an awesome night. They are all real cool, they're just like regular people. We talked about all sorts of stuff, like NORMAL people...anyway, I gotta keep it short, I'll keep ya posted if anything else happens....Come on now, how many people can actually say they went backstage and were drinking with Avril and her band!?!?

I live outside gothenberg in Sweden, and I had heard that Avril was gonna have a consert in Stockholm. I was like '-I have to go!!' I didn't think my mom was gonna let me go and check her consert out, but she gave it some thought and decided to let me go with my sister and a friend. The consert was the day after my birthday.. (September 10)We got up at 6 in the morning and sat on a train for 5 hours til' we reach Stockholm. That day seemed like a week. We just walk around the whole day, looking in stores and eating candy. We counted the hours to the consert..Then all of the sudden it was time to take the bus to 'Fryshuset' where Avril's consert was going to be held.. When we reach 'Fryshuset' we stood and waited for an hour and when we finally were inside there were some other things that had to be done so we had to wait another hour. But atleast I had great seats, almost at the front row. The consert started and she really kicked ASS!!

ok so i was so bummed out cuz avril was coming to Indiana and i couldn't go cuz i'm in a wheelchair and it was a free concert so if i went i'd get crushed. so i was all mad and i was gonna call the radio station that was holding the concert to ask what to do. well little did i know my mom and older sister had already entered me in this drawing thing to win backstage passes and vip seats. i was like ok there is no way i'm gonna win so i was all upset and mad. so then i get a phone call from this girl who goes to my school that i'm not even friends with and she's like,"i just heard your name on the radio, they said that you won backstage passes and vip seats for avril lavigne's concert!" i was like holy shit! the concert was on the next day and i got the last vip tickets! i was so excited. i decided to take my sister and we went the next day like and hour before the actual concert started but they had like three bands before her and we had to wait a long time. we were in the front row! it was like royalty, i was so excited! from where we were sitting you could see backstage a little and we saw avril's limo pull up and i was like omg! she's here! and then after the show we went back to meet her (we werent allowed to take pictures with her) and she is so tiny! but she signed my cd and gave me a hug and she was like "i saw u when i was on stage u rocked!" i was like omg! and she asked me what my favorite song was and i told her it was losing grip and she said "awesome, ok well i'll see you later!" and i was like wait! and i gave her a letter that i wrote to her and she was like" omg! thats so nice! i'll read it later ok?" and she stuck it in her pocket. i was like omg! then we walked out of the tent and the guys in the band were just walking around and evan(hot!) came up and was like "hey!did u guys like the concert?" and we got a picture with him. all of the guys were so nice and evan gave me a guitar pic! i was like omg. i almost fainted. and then we had to go but that was the best thing that ever happened to me!

On August 30, 2002 I left my house at 10 AM and traveled an hr to go to theairport in hopes I could meet avril coming off a plane from New York, forthe fact the VMA's were the night before. I get autographs from nearly every band and singer i like or thAt i find decent here in Milwaukee, however this was much different. I usually buy magazines to get signed off ebay like 2 weeks before an artist is supposed to come, however, in thecase of avril, i had ordered magazines, and several for that matter, beforei even knew she would be coming and when i found out i was estatic. Anyways, I went to the airport and to my dismay i could not locate any flight coming from new york so i went to the venue, parkpar, where i had met michelle branch and vanessa carlton. Autographs were always "alright" but on this day i could feel something more than that because i am basically the biggest avril fan in my town of delavan, wi, and people find that funny because i am a guy, but ohwell, i have reason to like her as
i will explain. So i stood outside the venue from 1 in the afternoon until 530, yet the concert for only 50 ppl was supposed to be put on at 5. To my dismay i could hear avril singing, which meant they snuck her in the back, and i would have to wait, with a far fetched chance of meeting her. I stood out in the back alley, by dumpsters and gross stuff, until 730 when a securtiy guy came out holding the door and told me to back away from the van that was pulled into the alley, in front of the door. I went around the van to the other side where the man was not, but he would be looking directly at me. He told me if i did not move he would make it so that i could never get Avrils autograph, but i did not move. There was only 3 of us in the alley, i could not see why she wouldnt sign, until he went inside and i could
hear him tell ehr that i was a seller on ebay and that she shouldnt sign for me. Being an autographer as i am, this happenes all the time, and i hate it. Earlier in the day all the sellers had got avril at the airport on 2 each, apparetenly a flight i overlooked at 2 in the afternoon. SO avril came walking out, her band first, and they all hopped into the van and i asked avril to sign and she ignored me. I could tell she was not looking so good, and i assumed it had something to do with puff daddys party she attened til 2 in the morning that day lol. Luckily, i had written her a 2 page letter because i was a such a big fan, and how much i can relate to her music. I threw it into the van, thinking it wouldnt do any good, but maybe, just maybe, she would keep it and/or read it. However, before i knew it, her and her band sat around in a circle and began to read the letter. Before i knew it avril hopped down off the van, came right over to me, of all people, and signed a magazine for me every letter. I had seen the ones she has given to ppl in the concert and they were only the first letter, i was so thrilled i almost collapsed. Her tour manager told me that sellers ruin the indistryand i agreed, and he said that because of this there are some things that avril cannot signed. So being as smart as i was i whipped out my cd and cd booklet, and asked her if she could sign these. She said yes and signed them both for me every letter too! I got a cool picture with her, lol, was like all over her, omg she was short, but hot of coarse, but i was hella pissed when it did not turn out. She signed for the other 2 people there, we talked alittle and before i left i told her she signed for the sellers at the airport, and shes like yeah i know, im like good, being the assholes they are to me, dont sign for them when u get back. Right before she got back on the van, Evan hopped off and told me i had the coolest shirt on ever, it was a teenage mutant ninja turtles shirt, which is the best show of all time. I waved goodbye to avril and watched her drive away,
and i almost collapsed. Autographs finally had a reason, i got my favortie artist, the one i sweat the most, AVRIL LAVIGNE. Exactly a week later i saw her concert down in chicago at the kissfm star
party and even tho i didnt meet her that time, it was different, and ive been like in love with her and her music since then! To this day my friends sum and people think im gay because i listen to avril everytime anyone drives in my car, ohwell, i know what shes really like and how cool she really is. I hope you come back to milwaukee avril, u kick some serious ass!

Well...on Oct. 15, the seniors at the local high schools were out for the PSATs so we decided to make a trip down to Disneyland!! Go Donald!!.. well we were just roaming around and minding our own business when i spotted this girl from behind... she was a short, but cute, girl and she had a lil posse with her plus a guide... i thought it was her.. but when i turned to tell my friends she had disappeared..
later in the day.. by Mulhulland Madness, we saw her again... this time i noticed a camera woman and the guide plus her and i think one of the other guitarists.. she was posing carried in the arms of the
guitarist and taking pictures.. we followed her, and when we met up, we asked if that was really her, but the photographer said "no" with a smile on her face. that left us confused. later another group of friends told us they had met her but wouldnt take pictures because they were on a schedule.. sux huh?! how great would that have been if she had.

Hi,I met Avril at the Rock'n Roll Hall of Fame! I got her autograph,tons of pics,and her Bracelet! Plus I told Avril that if she liked Evan e-mail me(i never met her band)! I got her e-mail address!I swore not to tell no one! The after 4 hours(it was 9:12AM) I saw her skateboarding with Evan and Matthew.I wanted to take a picture,so they let me. I was kinda nervous meetin Matt and Evan. Avril said she never liked Evan. Then they had to go to a different concert(still near Rock'n Roll HOF) so I Messaged Evan's cellphone and said Do u like Avril? He messaged back to my cell and said No,only a lil....Don't tell! That's what he said!After that I laughed so hard! So,I'll probably meet her again!Then I met her at her B-Day, Avril was like Hey who can carry me for 15 minutes to her band? Evan was like"I can"!Then he carried Avril,then they saw me and we said Hi! Next thing Matt, and Evan was fighting their at 3:00AM.I don't know why! Mark tried to calm them down,so did Jesse,but they didn't. Avril was autographing thousands of people.Evan said to Mark and Jesse SHUT UP!Then Jesse and Mark went to tell Avril and I.Avril and I will never forget that day.Now Evan takes the limo with Avril and Jesse.Matt goes with Mark and Avril's manager.

Yeah! Yesterday AVRIL gave a great concert here in Mexico City,at Salon 21,it was full!!! The concert was at 8:00 p.m., when I arrived at 4:00 p.m., there were a lot of people standing there and waiting to enter,the tickets were sold out this monday,when in the weekend everybody knew AVRIL was going to rock in Mexico. I think we were about 2,000-2,500 people there,it was full to top and so more! AVRIL get on stage at 8:32 p.m. and opened with "Sk8er Boi",which everybody sang with her,then "Losing Grip","Nobody's Fool","Mobile","Naked",and when she ask if "are you all ready??!!!"..."Complicated" was beggining,while all crowd went crazy and nut and start singing along AVRIL,men I can say that was so great,it is one of the most great experiences I have in all my life!!! She went on with the concert and keep singing all songs from "Let Go",while all we were there sang all of them. I can tell you AVRIL have a lot,a big number of fans here in Mexico,she is rockin' the top charts of songs and most CD's sold in record stores. After all that I lived yesterday I can say that AVRIL has a great live show,have a big powerful voice,a so good rockin' band,an inmense talent,in few words she really rocks!!! She give it all on stage to her fans,she really apreciate every one of us when she is singing,she gives that extra that a few artists give today,she is one of the few on the world. Really,if you have seen AVRIL live you know what I am talking about,and if you don't,can't wait to see her!!! The last thing I wanna say is: Thank you AVRIL,thank you to come to Mexico City and give the great show you gave us yesterday,thank you for being a great artist,composer and to have that great rockin' band with you,keep on going and kickin' asses around the world; Hope see you round here again soon!!!

I was California Adventure waiting on line for a ride when i saw Avril comming off the same ride. I was wishig that I would see her and get her audograph. I saw her limo in the parking lot but never saw her again. I would love to see her again someday, mabey at one of her conserts

Well last night, Avril went to do a signing at Virgin Megastores in Oxford Street. (England) I was also going to her concert afterwards in the Astoria which was just across the road. We were running a bit late as the traffic was sooooo bad and when we got there there were thousands of people queuing up to meet her. We thought we had no chance of meeting her, just seeing her, but that was still quite exciting. We were by the side of all the other fans and we had quite a good view. Suddenly, my dad ran up to us and told me he'd found the entrance to where avril was coming in. So of course I followed him and waited by the staff entrance into the store. We were the only people there, so we weren't sure if Avril was coming in this way, but we waited anyway. About 2 minutes later, 2 big silver cars pulled up and a few guys got out. They asked us how we were and stuff and then made their way into the store. I saw inside the car and it Avril! Her hair was all over her face but when she got out, I couldn't believe it was her! I said hi and she said hi back. She was about to go in but I said wait, so she waited and signed sum stuff for me. I took loads of pictures, but she said she had to go so she said bye. We quickly ran back into the store to see her, and as we did we were shouting out, we met avril! The looks on the people's faces around us were just funny! We saw her sign sum stuff and took sum more pictures and then made our way over to her concert. As my mum had been in the queue for us since 3 pm, we were near the front and when we were let into the hall, we were right at the front of the stage! Her concert was amazing, Avril is the coolest person ever!

I was wearing it when i met her in Virgin Megastores just before the concert- she commented on how cool it was so just before she played Anything But Ordinary i gave it to her. She put it on, dedicated the song to me (and said i rocked!), then near the end of the song she jumped off the stage and held my hand and sang to me! Then she gave me a big hug! Anyways, thought u'd like the story and pics!
