    hello…im a big fan of avril..i’m from Philippines.. i read in a newspaper that she would be having concert here in our country this september 3, 2008 at araneta coliseum…i really want to meet her personally if your company will permit me so.. i will be the happiest person if this will happened. thank you so much..
